When I personally got married years ago we skimped on getting a professional photographer. It was a beach wedding under a gazebo at Wrightsville Beach in Wilmington, NC. We were keeping the costs down and decided our friends with cameras taking photos was good enough. It is one of the few things in life that I regret and there are no do overs. I feel in my heart that I have to give people the opportunity to not have that regret. A good photographer normally charges around $3000 to do a wedding with at least 2 photographers shooting. Most people in my area can't afford that. So we have Wedding Mini's starting at $500 going up to a full wedding package at $3,500. You don't have to skimp on the quality of your photos or the photographer you get. Just pick what will work with your budget and the amount of photos and products that you want.
